6-year-old noah pozner, who was among the 20 children killed at sandy hook elementary told anderson there were fake websites, facebook pages and e-mails going around asking for donations in noah's name. drew griffin and producer david fitzpatrick tracked one of those e-mails to a woman in the bronx. her name was noelle alba, and went to her house. here is what happened next. >> oh, hi, are you ms. alba? you set up, you say, donations on behalf of one of the victims of the newtown tragedy. >> no. >> no? your name and your address on the e-mail? can i come in with a camera crew? no? >> alba eventually agreed to let her voice be recorded and denied she had anything to do with the e-mail asking for donations. here's more of what she told producer david fitzpatrick. >> this has your e-mail on it right there. this is about noah pozner's funeral. >> i never sent that. >> take a look at it, ma'am. it's got your e-mail all over it. look at the second page. gives your paypal account and a bank routing number you say you set up. >> that's not my paypal account. i mean, i have a paypal account

. there are no adequate words to describe the murder of 20 first graders and six staffers at sandy hook elementary school. since the tragedy the town's police officers have worked around the clock. there have been so many funerals and grieving families to assist. yesterday they got a much needed break. officers from police departments across the state stepped in so the first responders could have a day off. the last of the funerals were held over the weekend. three little girls who had barely begun their lives. we remember them tonight. >> ana marquez green is remembered as someone who loved picture problems, arts and crafts and ballet and loved people fiercely. she was known for her singing voice bigger than her size. ♪ come though all mighty king >> reporter: just 6 years old, ana grew up with music in her ears and her love of singing was evident before she could talk. her father is a musician and college music instructor. his 2009 album features a song he wrote about her entitled "ana grace." ana never walked anywhere. according to her family, her mode of transportation was dance. she leaves behind

, since the sandy hook elementary school shootings on december 14th, there have been almost 250 gun deaths in north america or just about 13 gun deaths for each day, and even this morning we learned there was a shooting at a police station in camden, new jersey. so, you know, you mentioned gun control as an issue that the president needed to really get working on pretty quickly in january. how is that going to compete with other agenda items and how will the president and i would also say the outside groups really keep the pressure on to make sure that something meaningful happens? >> you know, that's a very good question, karen, and in a sense i wonder if it's already too late. if you don't act on these things quickly, people stop talking about it. the gun rights activists and the nra don't stop talking about it. they regain the traction they had momentarily lost. there is still hope for that issue, but the president really needs to move on that in january wile also remembering that the first three priorities are the economy, the economy, and the economy. >> how -- i think part of the sad

billion in assistance that the senate passed for victims of hurricane sandy. that's why you're seeing -- there you see republican from pennsylvania, likely his district was hit, but mostly new york and new jersey members, republicans and democrats going one after the other to the house floor really angry about this. doesn't necessarily mean they ultimately won't get the federal dollars but what it does mean is on thursday a new congress is sworn in. so the whole process of having to get this money through the system, through the senate and the house will have to start all over again. this appears to be a pretty direct casualty of this fiscal cliff deal. the reason is because we've been talking all night about republicans being angry about not enough spending cuts. this would have been $60 billion in new spending without any offsets. of course it would be emergency spend bing but new spending tha republicans clearly could not stomach passing. this information comes from the appropriations chairman hal rogers to our dierdre walsh. the republican governor from new jersey was here and oth
